Their come-on is a FREE trial of the their Skin Element Peptide Cream and Eye cream, if you pay the shipping for each product, which was $3.95 and $4.95, satisfaction guaranteed.

I received the product and used it for two days, which caused extreme dryness of my skin, more wrinkles and a skin break-out.

I never used the samples again, and figured, guess that's why they provide a free trial first. When I submitted my order for the free trail, I did not see any mention, that this would automatically enroll me in a monthly subscription, or any mention that if they did not hear from me in the first 30 days, they would retroactively charge me for the FREE TRIAL!! I review orders closely before committing to anything.

I did not receive any emails confirming me initial order, or confirmation of billing and then received a second sample this week.

I called the company and spoke to a polite representative, with a foreign foreign accent, who basically apologized and stated that they would not reimburse me for my initial trial, because it's past the 30 days, and they have charged me  a fee of     $97.83 for the skin element product and $92.79 for the eye cream for the first shipment and again on May 30 and June 3 charged me for this months "subscription."

After discussing my being upset that this is a scam, and they did not disclose that by my submitting an order for the 'free trail, I would be charged after 30 days and then enrolled in a monthly subscription, and I expect a full reimbursement. I was told they couldnot do that because it was in the confirmation email. (which I never received, and was told he "could not resend it to me, because it was automatically generated."

I reviewed all my emails and spam folder, and there are NO emails from Beauty Impressions or Skin Element.

They agreed to cancel my order and reimburse me for this months fees of $97.83 and $92.79 without requiring me to return the product, but would not reimburse the fees they charged for the 'free trail,' because it was past the 30 days. I stated I would mail the products back and expected to be reimbursed and they would not accept that.

I then asked that they email me the original order so I could see what was on the original order form (I filled this out online and did not make a copy nor receive a confirmation email), and they said they could not.

I will now contact my credit card company and BBB.

Don't be fooled and P.S. the product is not worth trying!
