Cancelling skinelement and eye vibe very difficult. You only have 15 days from order date to cancel or you will be auto shipped product with an approx. $90 chg. to your credit card. If you attempt to cancel within the 15 days, they will say you must pay 50% of the price and return the product (paying ship and handling and &20 restock fee). BE PURSISANT and have a copy of they terms (located at bottom of website). They will state that their attempted charges are stated there, but they are not. When I  asked exactly where this was written, and said I would read every word over the phone, representative asked me to hold for supervisor. I was told he said to resolve my problem (not willing to pay for sample or return it) that this time he would cancel my subscription and  I  would not be charged. Ask for confirmation number, which I  was given.
