My wife stumbled across their glossly and impressive ad as a popup on the internet.

The offer was for a trial sample of Beaute Instant Reducer TRIAL  ($3.95), and Beaute Creme TRIAL ($4.95).

There was NO clear or visible  mention of an Auto-Ship commitment for $80-90 EACH per month.

She place the internet order on 5/10/17 and the email order confirmation appeared immediately.

I discovered the order the next day, was suspicious of the lack of any address, phone, or contact information on the emailed confirmation.  Attempts to reply to the email address bounced back.

Internet searches indicated this was a dangerous Auto-Ship scam that would auto bill for undesired additional products and refuse any refunds.

I called the customer service number (1-855-864-2976) listed on the ad homepage 3 times during business hours and received a recording directing me to their customer service email site: support@beautylabs.com.

The generic reply stated that I would be contacted by a representative in 24-48 hours and to call the same service number.

When I received the package with the trial bottles, I photographed the package,  I did not open them and marked "REFUSED" and will drop off at the post office .

The shipping address was entered into google and provided a link to your site which had a different phone number (1-844-388-3475)

Calling that number put me in contact with "Erica" who was very polite, got the information correct, tried to cajole us into "just trying the sample", but after 15 minutes agreed to cancel the order. The email confirmation was received 5 minutes later and confirmed that all ongoing and future charges were cancelled.

I'm still holding my breath, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for having the phone number that reached a human.
