I Purchased a item from  beauty treasures. com from a one Kim Johnson on8/23/2013 . Ironically I live in the next town over ( literally 10 minutes) from Ms. Johnsons "  company"  address so when i did not receive my order ,which amounted to $97.98 . On september 3, 2013 i contacted said owner. I informed her that i had not received my order to which she replied " ill look into it" this was the only response i received despite 3 other attempts ( emails) sent out on my behalf.I finally left a message on Ms. johnsons website on 9/16/2013 AGAIN reinstating my lack of satisfaction of her unprofessionalism and failure to respond to my emails... ive since not gotten so much as a email despite ms johnson having every possible means to contact me.

I am seeing on this website that Ms.Johnson has had complaints from customers whose funds were taken from their account via propay and did not receive their orders so i suggest that Ms. Johnson no longer sell her products online . Its very questionable and unprofessional to take a customers money and not respond to their inquiries.I  smell  a con artist. I will not let this go until my funds are returned to my account
