Beauty Trends Sent me damaged goods & tried to pass it off as new, and that's when I tried to send it back because it was damaged. They refused to accept the return/exchange. Saint Louis, Missouri

I've been a very good customer with Beauty Trends for many years.  I've never had any problems with refunds/exchanges.

They sent me a damaged hair piece.  When opened, I could tell the hair was tangled and net not in place.  It was the wrong color for me and I sent it back for an exchange which I've done many times.  When the returned item was received by Beauty Trends, I received a call from them saying the hair piece had perfume or shampoo odor to it, and they refused to accept the exchange.

I called them twice explaining the hair piece was received by me damaged, and they didn't believe me and refused exchange.  They said "The hair piece had been returned to me and I can do what I wanted to with it".

As of Oct 19, 2009, I've still not received the returned merchandise, but the credit card has been paid.
