BeautyClub.net HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Internet

This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from an online company.  I placed my order on May 24, 2012.  Now it is June 11, 2012 and my order still has not shipped.  I emailed this address requesting a status update 2 weeks ago - no response.  I called customer service on 5 separate occasions as well.  With my first 2 calls I was forced to leave a voice mail for a "priority call back" as the machine states - no response.  The next 3 times I called, I waited for about 10 minutes on hold before actually being able to speak with someone.  Each time the representative said that my order was not showing up so they could not give me any information and that they were going to "send notice to the warehouse."  They also told me that someone would get back with me in 24 hours.  None of this proved to be true, as I still got no response.  I called AGAIN today (June 11) and the representative told me that my items were on back order but are now back in stock and will be shipping out this week (he had no idea what day).  I understand items can take a while to ship out if they are not in stock; however, it is truly pathetic that no one from this company was able to give me a status update for almost 3 weeks. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone due to this inconvenient experience.
