Look at any bulletin board that discusses flooring; this company has dozens of complaints against them. The NY Attorney General has fined tem $150,000 and ordered them to change their business practices; subsequent complaints have shown that they have NOT changed their business practices.
In my case, I ordered flooring in November; I was promised it by Thanksgiving, then by mid December, then by Christmas, then I heard "2-3 weeks" every time I called. This seems to be what they do to a huge number of their customers. In all cases, they charge your credit card immediately upon receiving the order, even though they do nt ship the merchandise. Here in NY, some of the customers who were sent refund checks found that the checks bounced.
My order totals $3,511.20. It is now mid-March and every time I call, they still give me the run-around. They lie consistently.
