Neal and his son Cole are still operating a deceptive and fraudulent on-line flooring business. It has been over over 16 months that I cancelled my order for "instock floor". I have received only $1,500 of the $5,167 owed to me. On 11-6-03. Justice Marshall (NY) signed a Second Amended Consent Order and Judgement. The Order requires BeaverHome (aka Beaverfloor) to pay a total of $720,000 in restitution, an increase of $270,000 over the previous order. Since the amount of restitution that BeaverHome is required to pay has increased significantly, they will have until Jan. 2005 to make scheduled monthly payments.

The only was to stop Neal Martin is to be persitent and not back down. He thrives on beating the consumer.

Don't beleive his stories of his cancer, crushed spinal cord, appendix and never mind about the roof caving in, water damage and battery died, yadda yadda yadda.
