Beck & Masten South Pontiac Gulf Damaged Car Prior to delivery Houston Texas

Bought used 08 Infiniti FX35 on April 7, 2007. After having it inspecting it by Autoexam, took back to dealership. Informed them that this is for my wife and would sign all papers up on arrival with wife in a couple of hours.

Salesman said he would have it cleaned. Upon arrival with spouce, went over and signed the proper papers. When walking back to car to drive off, noticed a dent in the fender along with the scratched mirror. This damage was not on the car during both inspections by me or Autoexan.

Beck & Masten would not fix the damage since I signed a form along with other paperwork stating that I accepted the vehicle. Not "EVER" having an issue like this before, (bought over 100 cars in the past) I told them how I felt and definally NOT recommend the dealership to anyone.

With the economy and auto sales market drastically depressed, I would think they (Beck & Masten) would bend over backwards to make this good. I usually buy 2 or 3 cars a year and definally will not go back. By the way, the damage was in the $800. bracket.
