Becker Animal Hospital Cremated beloved pet and didn't get all of him back! San Antonio, TX ‎ Tx

March 4 2017 my beloved dog 11 years old passed away. It was 10 at night and on internet Becker Animal Hospital was the only place I reconized. I took him to be cremated. I stood at the counter crying asking if they had a box big enough to hold my 80 lb friend. I then asked if they would give ALL of him back to me!! The man told me for $119 it would be a group creamation and nothing returned and for $175 I could get him cremated alone and recieve his ashes back.

A few days later I had a message that he was ready to be picked up. When I got into my car with him crying I relized there was a little pad lock and I couldn't see him. So my girlfriend went back in to ask for the key. When I did open the box I was horrified! I looked and the box was only a third full and compared to my 16 year old cat that was skin and bones it was only doubled and a little more!! He had just been weighed at 76 lbs!! Not only that he had had a broken hip and leg so he had screws in both places and none of them were saved!! Before getting home I was calling Becker and asking for a manager but he didn't seen very worried cause he was goimg to email Edger to ask about it!! EMAIL!!  Nothing they can say will fix this and if they give me screws how would I know they are mine!!  Nothing can fix this !!
