I hired Khoa Q Nguyen for a Family Law Simple child custody case. He didn’t do anything like he said he would. He neglected my case failed to file paper work and doubled billed me. He didn’t do anything he was hired to do. He did not represent competent legal advice like I deserved. He failed to give me proper legal advice causing me to end up with criminal charges.

He still had the nerve to Bill me 3,400 I top of 3,000 that I had paid upfront, for unearned court appearances and work he didn’t do. I don’t wish this experience upon anyone. I almost lost custody of my son because of his incompetence and failure to properly apply the law regarding my matter. I ended up having to hire a new attorney to fix the mess he created. He still didn’t want to give me my file after I had told him he was fired.
