So I ordered an online subscription a few months ago for several of the online price guides. Came to $31.00, which I did order. Recently I got a credit card statement for $31 again. I had been auto-renewed.

Not only did I not agree to it, these scumbags never sent me anything saying it been renewed and when I inquired about a refund all they had to say was "Sorry online subscriptions aren't refundable". I had never even so much as logged in during that time period because I thought my subscription had run out which is what I wanted. So much for customer service. Hope $31 was worth it for you to be slammed on the internet you morons! BEWARE OF THE SLIMY FINE PRINT FROM BECKETT.COM!!!
