Previous complaint against this company (listed in Rip Off) two years ago is similar to mine now two years later. Any issue with an order, or questions, forces you to leave voice messages which are not returned. And their 'menu' when you call in pretty much tells you in advance what you are in for.

In addition, federal law requires vendor to notify immediately if an order is back ordered and/or provide a 'ship by' date. This company does neither. An March 30 order (non-slip bath mat) is still not delivered (as of today May 8th) and no 'ship by date' has been provided.

Interestingly, an order placed with them 2 weeks later was received within 7 days.

While neither situation may fall into the 'rip off' category, still, caution should be used with ANY company that exhibits ZERO or NO desire to provide ANY customer service.
