Bedrock Pools, LLP & Tim McDougal Do NOT hire this company, they just want to STEAL your money!!! Houston Texas

The Owner of Bedrock Pools came to our house last Spring and drew us a fantastic drawing of what our pool would look like. And then charged me $6K for the drawing!!!!! I gave them a deposit, of which was cashed THE DAY AFTER.

Week after week passed with no word from Bedrock or Tim. I finally decided that if this was any indication of their performance, I didn't want to be having to stalk the so-called Owner of the Company once I had a gigantic hole in my backyard. They did NOTHING, just took my deposit check and cashed it.

When I finally reached him and told him I wanted my deposit back, he gave me a CHECK THAT BOUNCED!!!! For weeks, they were "supposed" to bring me a cashiers check for the money. Of course, Tim quit answering calls so I went to his partner Greg. Guess what, many more promises until HE quit answering!! A year later, I still don't have my money back!

Isn't this illegal? This is FRAUD, it's intentional-writing a KNOWN bad check. I finally got the teller at Amegy (their bank) to admit that they hadn't been using that account and had opened a new one, this one had a small amount of money just so they could claim it was still a "legit" account. Guess she felt sorry for me, coming in day after day to cash a bogus check. Yes, I have her name and statement that they commited fraud. At this point, I'm going to file criminal charges just out of principle! I have all correspondence including records of phone calls via cell phone, emails, etc.

DO NOT attempt to hire this company, they will TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
