This store is Beds R Us Windsor and Mattress Supermarket Windsor... really poor.

You can't believe what the sales people say. The sales person didn't tell me vital information about the mattress he was selling to us. When we got home and read the info on the mattress it states that the mattress can sink 3.5 cm and this is not a fault of the mattress. If the sales person told me this fact I would never have purchased it.

I went in because my old mattress was sinking and giving me a bad back and that I needed better support. He lied about the spring system in this bed and told me that it was superior and therefore wouldn't allow the foam to sink or compress as much as what some mattresses can.. This is total rubbish, after 3 days there was sinkage, after 1 month it is total sunken in. But because the top layer lifts off the foam of the mattress it will never show as 3.5 sinkage, even though when you lay on it, the middle of your body (your butt) sinks in, giving you an uneven bed, making it very uncomfortable. I am now suffering every morning because of Beds R Us Windsor

WHY DID I BUY HERE? in particular there is a sign in the store that says "you can be 100% secure about your purchase - 60 day comfort guarantee - No such thing as a wrong decision - Ask our staff for more information" :: I told the sales person, I'll buy here because you back yourself with a guarantee, referring to the signs.

When I wasn't happy with the mattress because it sank and compressed on day three, I rang back within 60 days, and was given a total run around. They said the sign didn't mean that every mattress has that guarantee and that you have to purchase an extended warantee, (even though it states nothing about extended warranty, or having to purchase it on the signs throughout the store. and also that there are extra terms and conditions (the words terms or conditions are not on the sign). I went back to the store to double check the sign.

IT DOESN'T SAY anything about terms and conditions. The sales person said he would do anything for a sale, through in pillows etc... but never once did he mention that the mattress we purchased would sink in a week!! Personally I would never send anyone back, and I would warn anyone not to believe what they are told in this store.

Now the business owner of This store is Beds R Us Windsor AKA Mattress Supermarket Windsor refused to offer me a exchange or a refund because he is saying the fact that I was mislead was my own fault and that. I don't agree... Don't believe what you see on signs in retail stores.
