Bedwetting Store Never shipped product wont refund money Internet

I purchased the product from the website and paid them to ship it to me. A month later, nothing arrived and I contacted them. They said it was still on its way and I needed to wait another 2 weeks. I pinged them 3 weeks later and they said that the product was missing and they would arrange to have another shipped out. A month after that I contacted them again and they said that it was to be delivered in 3 days. Finally I contacted them and they said that they would give me a refund. A total of 3 months later, I did not receive my refund and I once again contacted them. They said that the item was returned and I would need to pay for shipping it back to me. I said they could refund my money less shipping which they refused. My credit card company filed a dispute and they were unable to prove that they even shipped it!
