Thomas Barron with Beem'r Building and Design is a scam artist.  I hired him for a project that was supposed to be finished by a specific date.  60 days after the deadline I fired him for abandonong the job.  He was very professional at first, then when he started to fall behind, he would never return phone calls...he would only respond via text messages...coward!  He kept stringing me along saying the job was going to be finished any day now, but it never happened.  I started asking the subs what was going on and they said he never paid them for any of the work and they wouldn't do any more until they got paid.  Guess what...nothing ever got done.

I think his ploy is to get you to the point where he's ahead on draws and then he walks away.  There are plently of good, honest contractors out there.  Stay away from this guy!
