Beem'r Building & Design Thomas Barron Took our money and did not finish work - not answering calls, texts, or emails Houston, Texas

We hired Beem'r B&D to do some additions and remodeling for us. We signed a contract and then looked him up on the internet. Scary what we found but we had already signed the contract and he was showing up and didn't seem to be what we read.



Now that he has received all our payments (foolish I know) he is not showing up, he is bouncing checks to his subcontractors and not returning calls, texts or emails. We gave him the final payment because he told us he needed it to finish the project.



We currently have 2 unfinished projects and we have paid him roughly over $37,000. There are still materials to be purchased. We are looking to file legal charges and filing a lawsuit for money owed back.



Do not be fooled. No matter how nice he appears, he will take your money and not finish the job.
