In March of 2014 I signed up for services from been verified. In April I cancelled their services. However they kept billing my credit card. I didn't notice it till Nov 2014. I called and was told they have no record of cancellation and as far as they are concerned, I was still using their services.

They offered to extend it till the 24th of Nov, but since they have no record of my cancelling their services, I'm not entitaled to any refund.

I lost my hard drive and my copy of my cancellation.
