beersigns@msn.com Took my money and I never received product, Internet

Don't EVER use beersigns@msn.com or myneonhaven.com to order any sports paraphanalia! I ordered a BlackHawk Neon sign on December 15, 2009 and have tried to correspond with these people at Beersigns.com to get the status of the sign ever since.  Meantime, I was billed $353.99 and I paid it through PayPal. I have yet to receive the sign!!! I've been getting the run-around from Katya at beersigns.com.. First she said the orders never went to the appropriate manufacturer, so she said that it would take another 4 weeks.  Then she said there was a "mix-up" with the orders.  After sending five more e-mails, albeit unanswered e-mails, to her, she e-mailed me on April 14, 2010 telling me "The supplier promised to ship everything to us by the end of this week". It's now April 30th, and I've received NOTHING!!!!!

I can't believe these people are in business!  What irks me is I would send e-mail after e-mail and won't even get an acknowledgement that they received my e-mail or get a very terse response two weeks later or never.  Even when Katya responded, it was two sentences not explaining anything.  They never really gave me a good explanation as to the delay in shipping the sign.  Katya would only say "There was a mix up in the orders"..... for 5 MONTHS!!!  Today I insisted on my money back.  Ironically, Katya immediately e-mailed me to tell me she will send me my money back.  What a laugh!!!!  I'll eat my shorts if I get a check.  And if I don't, I won't stop trying to get these people out of business.  I will contact every bureau, every consumer advocate group ... you name it, to make sure noone else gets ripped off like I did!!!!  Just STAY AWAY from beersigns@msn.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
