Beka Development LLC Daniel Evans Investment fraud No Contact Internet

Last year an associate of mine invested a large sum of money in a company called Beka Development LLC based in Atlanta. The company was originally going to build a resort called "Boucaan" on GBI. This was all fine until the CEO Daniel Evans refused to give financial statements to shareholders on the company accounts. It then became clear that the company had no funds to even purchase land to start the development and the land offer on GBI was withdrawn and Daniel Evans changed location to Eluthera at Sound Point approx 2000 acres.We did however manage to got hold of his latest executive summary which clearly states the Bahamian government have granted approval of the development. I have had some lawyers cast their eye over this and they agree that the statements made my well be criminal as these appear to be false claims only there to mislead potential new investors into parting with their hard earned money. It is alleged that Mr Evans has taken over $5million from the company bank account all investor money to enrich his own lifestyle which has left the company bank account empty.
>My advice to any potential investors is not to hand over any money to Beka Development LLC or Mr Evans as it will only result in you losing your money. For anyone else who has been caught out by this crook all i can say is do not to give up fighting for your money and let as many people out there know of your experiences. Mr Evans will attempt to intimidate you with lawyers, do not let this bother you as his lawyer will end up in the same situation as you.........his previous lawyer wrote off the $10000 bill he never paid!!!
