Bekins Moving Co./Daniels Moving & Storage Took more time to deliver than I was previously told and on top of it, did not even apologise! Ripoff! Colorado Springs Colorado

I was told that my stuff will be here from anywhere from 5 days to 21 days and here I am after a month still waiting for it. I could have saved $3150 on an apt this month and stayed with a friend if I knew they were going to be late. Whenever I call Daniels and talk to their VP Bob Olson, I get a promise of a call back only, and most times no calls are returned. There is no apology even which makes things worse. Few years back I had the most wonderful experience with Bekins and that is exactly why I wanted them to deliver my stuff this time too.

Depressing has been the fact that I sell persian rugs for a side business and this being a Christmas season, I thought even if my rugs came a couple of weeks before Christmas, I would try selling them to some interested friends to make extra, much needed money! All in all, it has been a total disappointment. Never again am I going with a past rep of this company again.
