Bekins Van Lines ripoff Hillside Illinois

My family and I moved from California to Texas this past April, while moving out of our home in LA damage was done to our stairs that was not identified prior to the movers from Bekins finishing up at our house in Los Angeles. It was not until the next day when I came back to check the house prior to leaving for Texas that I realized they had damaged our stairs. The damage is in the amount of $2,000.00 which Bekins refuses to accept liability for.

Katrina Henry who is a claims representative for Bekins does not deserve to have a job at all based upon her customer service skills. I paid Bekins $8,000.00 to move us and am appalled at there handling of this situation. They are completely liable and they know it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
