Ok I am gonna keep this short and to the point for any and all who may see this.

if for any reason you come into or are thinking of doing any business with this rotten company or any of its rude employees , do not and I mean do not do it for any reason . They will be so two faced . Oh yes all smiles and good things until you sign the papers . After that you will get nothing but lies and the run around . If you are a superb tenant ,it doesn't matter you will get screwed out of what is supposed to be returned (security deposit) . If you follow all the rules to the letter ,it does not matter, you will lose and end up in court .

with that said,(court) if you think you can just take them to small claims court because you know you're in the right,and have followed the rules,left property better than when you got it, think again they will file for a Transfer from small claims to civil court meaning now that you better have the money for a lawyer because that's the way they get you, they will drag it out till you give up or run out of money. Run run run , look them up on google first, do your research and you will find nothing but red flags and bad reports on bel fury and all it's associates .
