The staff are all over the world, so you don't talk to the same person twice, let alone that they contradict each other on the info they dish out.
The first year they give you a good deal on your premium to hook you, the second year they double it for no good reason other than...inflation! They never gave me info on what to do while away and wanted to put the renewal on hold until my return to Canada and they premium went up again plus I could not renew it because they don't insure old cars. No info was given at the begining on any measures I could have taken to kkep my insurance going on a a reduced rate while away. My letter of complaint to the CEO was answered by other staff to tell me that I was to blame not Them for not giving proper info and having me stranded without insurance.
This company is: Unreliable, Disregardful, Mismanaged, and Deceitful to the core.
