Hello Spencer, Believe digital is playing games I already send a termination notice to Believe Digital pre-date believe digital so-call termination notice. If Believe Digital doesn't release our artists royalties within the next 5 business days we're going to take the matter to social media and report believe digital company to all rip-off website in the US and around the world. Believe digital have no reason to withhold any of my royalties there are no claim or any legal matter regarding me or my company FM Records Music. The distribution agreement is between myself and Believe Digital. I'm also going to take legal action against Believe Digital in the State of Florida, Jamaica and Canada. Believe digital is a fraud. Spencer you also mention to me that Believe Digital is going through financial difficulties and maybe this is one reason why I believe digital is holding our artists royalties. If Believe digital have received any court order against Stephan Warren or my company FM Records Music then believe digital will have rights under the contract to withhold Royalties depending the dispute, the fact that there's no court order are any claim against me believe digital breach the contract and is committing a fraud against me and all my artists . If believe digital have any integrity and want to resolve this matter please forward to me or my attorney any court order our claim against Stephan Warren or my company FM Record Music. I'm looking forward to receive such documents if not I will bring this matter to the public and take legal action against Believe Digital.
