I JUST GOT MY CREDIT REPORT & I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS OF THE SAME AMOUNT FOR BELL SOUTH. ONE COLLECTION COMPANY IS CBCS. FOR $564.00 & PARK DANSAN COLLECTION FOR BELL SOUTH $564.00, ALSO. I HAVE CALLED BOTH COMPANIES & HAVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO GET THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. BUT, TO NO AVAIL THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I AM TRYING TO BUY A HOUSE & GET THESE OFF MY CREDIT REPORT. I INCURRED THIS BILL BACK OVER 8 YEARS AGO, & ITS JUST NOW COMING UP ON MY REPORT.
I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS MATTER, FOR I AM AT MY WITS END! THE LADY AT CBCS COLLECTION AGENCY WAS A B..., WHEN TALKING WITH HER SHE WANTED EXCESS AMT OF INFORMATION. BUT, THE LADY AT PARK DANSAN WAS REALLY NICE. HOW DO I GET THIS OFF? IS THERE STILL A "THING" (AFTER SEVEN YEARS) IT GOES AWAY. PLEASE HELP ANYONE & LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO REGARDING THIS MATTER.
