This review is for BellTrans (Bell Transportation) which operates tours, airport shuttles, limousines, and other transport services with the Gray Line name in Las Vegas.  A claim has been filed against them in a lawsuit for overbilling a client and substituting smaller vehicles.  The fraud claims can be seen at schmidtfirm.com/bt.pdf.

The lawsuit alleges that BellTrans overbilled OnBoard Tours by charging inappropriate rates and by overstating hours. Bell Trans (Brent Bell and Breck Opeka) has admitted their overbilling in the past, but failed to remedy it with credits to OnBoard's accounts.

Brent Bell bullied OnBoard Tours throughout their relationship by threatening to cut off service with no warning if OnBoard did not pay the inflated invoices.

Additionally, Bell Transportation agreed to provide 33-passenger airport shuttles for OnBoard's use.  However, on hundreds of occasions, they provided a 24-passenger bus instead.  This cost OnBoard Tours the ability to sell 9 additional tickets per tour on the days the smaller bus was subsituted.  However, BellTrans did not adjust OnBoard's billing, and never compensated for the lost sales.  Part of the agreement involved advertising being purchased on the sides and rear of the bus, but when the 33-passenger airport shuttle bus was subsituted with a 24-passenger bus, the advertising was not displayed.

Bell Trans has been given every opportunity to resolve this issue, but refuses to issue credits for the above issues, and is demanding full payment for the invoices.

We are filing this report so that other clients that consider hiring Brent Bell, Breck Opeka, BellTrans (Bell Transportation or Bell Limousine) in Las Vegas, as well as customers who are thinking of buying tickets on a tour or airport shuttle in Las Vegas are aware of these issues and the lawsuit.
