We the emplyees of Bell Villa Motel and Mobile Home Park have been promised by park Manager Mary Hogeland
Payments in the amount of $10,000.00 in order to remove all tenants from the park in which we do not want there.
so far we have gotten rid of unit 27, 51 and we are currently getting rid of unit 29.
Mary Hogeland has told us to do this by any means nessasary, currently Mary Hogeland has not paid us for any of the services rendered.
Mary Hogeland has Promised to buy us a brand new Mobile Home and now refuses to do so.
All rental units in this park are NOT up tp state housing codes and the park is being sued by multiple tenants in the park.
Do not work for this woman all she gives is empty promises, and lies. since my employment with this park I have recieved nothing as far as any pay checks, nor have I recieved the other promised Items.
what do I do now because I had an innocent man placed in jail on battery charges that Mary Hogeland said she would go to court and lie about?
Do not believe her do not work for her because you wont get a thing she promises only evections.
