On Feb 23rd, I ordered an office chair from Bella Office Designs. They offer reasonable prices, online ordering and free shipping. That was what I thought I was getting. This is what I got--NOTHING. The order three weeks later still says it is being processed. The website states: contact us and gives a phone number and a "live online chat."
If you try the live on line chat you get nothing but "no one is available at the time." And it doesn't matter what time of the day you try. Calling is another joke. Press one for customer service: Please leave a message, no one is available at this time. Press two for orders: Please leave a message, no one is available at this time. Press three for company directory: Please leave a message no one is available at this time.
I called. Left messages, emailed. Called. Left messages. emaild. NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE your time with this company. Best I can tell while they pay their phone bills no one exists to answer the phone or answer an email or complete an order.

Unfortunately, we do not have any record of this individual attempting to contact us. Our phone system will state "no one is currently available" only if an individual is calling outside our regular business hours or if our sales representatives are currently helping other clients. If a message is left within these two situations the call is returned promptly if a message is left. This particular customer ordered a product that was backordered and the product shipped out once the status changed. The customer accept delivery. At Bella Office Designs we pride ourselves on providing Quality Products at Discounted Prices with a High Level of Customer Service. We have been in business for 15 years and sell a high volume of product per month.
