Bella Ridge Apartments, Lauren Ohlenforst Bella Ridge, 1st Lake Properties, Lauren Ohlenforst Bella Ridge Apartments Lauren Ohlenforst River Ridge Louisiana

I saw on here that people were asking who the faceless owners were. I am a resident and I can tell you that while living here at Bella Ridge which is owned by 1st Lake Properties I came to be friend with benefits with one of the staff named Lauren Ohlenforst. She would complain to me about her job and try to gossip to me about some of the other people who live here and say how demanding they were. She said all they do is whine and complain and should be grateful they are even allowed to live here. Then she said at least its a paycheck. She told me she lives in Lafayette before and that she hated the people there. Later I find out through a mutual friend that its because she has a bad reputation in Lafayette.

She said she wanted to be low key about us hooking up for obvious reasons. She would come to my apartment after she would make excuses to leave the office to come over for some fun if I was home. She said her friend Laikyn was a property manager in Lafayette so she knos how to bend the rules and get away and 1st Lake is no different. She even said that the other sin the office an at corporate would believe her no matter what since she had them under her thumb.

After hooking up several times she told me she was seeing some other guy named Justin at the time but was bored of him. That was another reason she wanted to be low key, so he wouldnt find out. Somtimes she would come after work to my place or we would meet up near Elmwood shopping center and doa  quickie in the car, but we had to get in my car since hers was too small.

Eventually out of curiousity I asked her who the owners were and she said it was Favrot & Shane Companies Inc. and that the owner guys name was James Favrot. She told me that the office was off N I-10 in Metairie. She told me his dad had pased away in 2015 and she thinks James favrot runs it now. Lauren mentioned that the daughter had a cleft palate or a scar that looked like one and said other pretty messed up things about her. I dont know those poeple so I cant comment.

Lauren Ended up wanting to get serious with me and when I told her I wasnt interested and thought we were just hooking up casually she flipped and got mad and said that she could make my life a living hell since she works in the office and no one would question anything she says since her co-workers and 1st Lake would believe her over a resident. She got really angry  and called me several racial names and referred to me as a slave and other racist slurs that as a black man I dont feel like repeating. From what I have seen she acts way different than she tries to make people thnk she is. From what I have seen she is two faced and talks about everyone.

She had also told me the staff writes fake reviews on bella Ridge Facebook reviews, Bella Ridge Yelp reviews, Bella Ridge Apartmentrating reviews and other reviews sites so they can have higher ratings so people will rent there. The way she told me was like she was bragging about it and laughed at how they get away with it. She basically bragged about how he got her boyfriend Justin to write one and most people who work in th office write them.

I am putting what she told me out there because it seems like these people have lied and cheated a lot of people and I think people should be aware of the kinds of people they are dealing with before they get tricked into a lease and have to deal with the lies, lack of ethics and bad business. Lauren Ohlenforst also threatened me as a resident by saying she would make my life hell just because I rejected her when she wanted to try and get serious in a relationship. Talk about crazy.
