I purchased a pot rack from Bella Soleil at a cost of $225, with free shipping. It arrived fully assembled in a HUGE box, via UPS. I have to return it because it is too big for my kitchen. The return is at my expense, and I understand that, but the lowest cost for shipping is $132.29, due to the huge size of the package!!
To make matters worse, Bella Soleil will not accept the return; it has to go back to the manufacturer. I have never heard of such a practice. I will also be assessed a restocking fee of 15%, plus the cost of "outbound shipping and processing." At no time was I made aware of the tremendous cost of returning an item of this size. There is no other phone number provided for the company besides the customer service number, and the person I spoke to today knew nothing about shipping and said she could not transfer me to their shipping dept.
What a rip-off!
