Bella Vista Village Had to file for bankrupthy and they stopped my payment and after bankruptjy they send me a bill for $2,153.00. Never buy a time share with this company and never, never do business with them. Bella Vista , Arkansas

I had to file bankrupt and after bankrupty I got a bill from Bella Vista Village for $2,153.00. Maintenace fee 2010 for 471.00, late free $50.00, Maintenacne free 2011 $494.00, SPECIAL ASSESSMENT 2011 $535.00 which I had no say so in and told them that I did not want or had no vote in, late fee $50.00, Maintenance fee 2012 $553.00. I was told over the phone once your name is on a contract they will never remove it and you and your kids forever will have to pay what ever the their maintance fee is no matter how high it is.
This is a nightmare that will never stop, in my opinion no one in their right mind should never, NEVER sign a contract with Bella Vista Village and NEVER buy a time share from them, if you do you, your kids when you die will have to pay for maintenance fee even if your kids do not want it or use it from what I am told. BE VERY careful of the contract and have your attoney read it and explain it to you. They say you can sell it, just try.
No one wants it, check the internet and see how many people want to sell or give their timeshare away.
As far as I am concern Bellan Vista Village is a complete rip off and no one should ever have any dealing with them, I AM VERY SORRY that I did. If any one want a free time share I will give them mine for FREE.

Did you include Bella Vista in the bankruptcy? And if so, in what category?
I would urge you to talk with your attorney before considering to pay any money. By paying Bella Vista (if they were charged off) you could open yourself to all creditors pressing for payment. Hope this turns out well for you.
