BellaClear crooks fraud/swindels/crooks Boulder, Colorado

 I have been victomised by Bella Clear by their deceptive company policies. I ordered a trial product and now my bank account has been charged over @500.00. I have returned the products as according to their web site and still nothing . I have contacted the Ohio Attorney General and they have found I am due repayment from my bank account for deceptive sales practices and yet nothing. I have been informed that if there are more complainte registered to the Ohio attorney generals office on this company that they will go after them for criminal prosecution. I am giving the email address and contact infromation in this email. Please help stop this company from ruining peoples lives by their illegal business conduct.

Recently we wrote to the above-named supplier on your behalf, requesting a response to the statements made in your complaint. Despite numerous attempts to contact the supplier, we have received no reply from them.

Your complaint will be retained as part of the Attorney General's permanent record. If we receive additional information or other complaints against this supplier that indicate an actionable pattern of illegal conduct, we may reopen and re-examine the matter.

If you know of any other address or phone number at which the supplier can be reached, please contact our office. We will be happy to try to contact them again to see whether they are willing to settle your complaint.
