I ordered a sample of this product for 4.95. I received only the sample..Since then 2 payments of 98.00 have been taken from my checking account through my Visa debit card. I not only never authoruzed these payments but I also never received any product. I called and told them I want my money refunded to my card immediately. The customer service rep told me I can only have 30 percent of the amount refunded.
This has caused my bank account to go in to the negative and I have accumilated fees. I was not even aware the company was taking this out of my card. Plus I never received any product. I want the full amount they stole from me refunded to my card. Thank you
