bellemeet.com fradulant

Well I purchased a coat on Bellemeet.com and paid $41.99 of which the money was taken out of my account immediately.  There I waited for almost 2 weeks for an email letting me know they shipped my order.  Finally I emailed them and they said it would take an additional time to get my order ready, so I decided to write them back and cancel my order.  It was simply taking to long. They sent me an email back canceling my order and said they would issue me a refund within in the week. My thoughts were why not just issue the credit right away, all Companies do that it is customer relations. Almost a week has gone by and still no email regarding my credit, so I emailed again twice and still no response as to where my credit is. I have the feeling they have no intentions of giving me back a credit for $41.99.  I emailed them telling that this is unacceptable and that they have poor customer service and absolutely no respect for their customers. I want my $41.99 back immediately!!! ALL items ship from China!!!! Their website listed address in the USA and nowhere on the website does it state orders will be sent from China.
