BellRidge Apartment Homes Worst apartment complex in Phoenix Arizona

My boyfriend and i have been living at Bell Ridge for about 5 months now and have had nothing but problems. The office staff is rude and uncaring. The matinance staff never fills work orders and if they do (which is after the 5th time you have put one in) nothing is fixed properly. we have never had our closet doors on and have lived in a mold infested hole.

Our bedroom ceiling began to leak in September or October. after putting in numerous work orders they came out and put ply wood and duct tape over the leak and then painted over it to look like a patch. now that it has been raining it has only gotten worse. there is black mold all along the lining if the window and on the ceiling.

after a night of heavy rain we came home to find the patch hanging from the ceiling and brown water filled the large Tupperware.the ceiling has finally fallen through. you would think by now they would have moved us out but no. we are still at this apartment forced to stay elsewhere with family and friends.

The office refuses to give us the corporate offices number and i have had it with this place. they are deceiving and do nothing but lead you on. I wouldn't recommend any one to this complex and if i could do it over i wouldn't get paid to stay in this place
