Bellsouth ripoff Atlanta Georgia

My mother set up a telephone so I could contact her as so she could me in 2001. It was in her name and the bills came in her name.

Now it is 2006 and all of a sudden the balance owed is on my credit. I never authorized this. Now they tell me to contact franklin collection services(another rip off scammer). They will stop at nothing to manipulate and contol. They tell they will have someone call me the next day and it never happens.

This is a crock and I want help. They know exactly who set the account up and continue to lie about it.

Stay away from home service with this company. There are other alternatives. This company has had a hold on the south too long. These are over paid jerks that don't care nor do they listen
