Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.......meet another weightloss scam. Belly Fat Free is an overpriced book just repeating all the things you learned about nutrition in health class. and then wanting to charge you for a bunch of things you dont really need and that wont do a thing for you.
They give you a guarantee but after you read the book and fill out the things they ask for. of course, they won't take back the book. and , of course, wont refund your money.
This isnt a diet, it's recreating a whole new lifestyle. you wont be eating the things you enjoy anymore. and it just cost you $67.00 for a health refresher course. he even uses mind control...LOL.
