Beltmann Relocation Group - An agent for North American Van Lines Do not do business with Beltmann Relocation Group for moving or merchandise delivery Roseville MN

 I ordered a TV stand on 8-16-17 from this company, The Simple Stores, which is an internet company based in Boston, MA.. The order number was 260635. The cost was $675.99. It is made by Eagle Furniture. I was called by the trucking company, Beltmann Relocation Group on 8-30-17 for a delivery date. This trucking company, a North American Van Lines Agent, has a branch location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which The Simple Stores uses for deliveries in my area.

The customer rep. from Beltmann, Rhea, 954 935 3234, gave me a delivery date of Monday, 9-18-17, between the hours of 8AM - 5 PM, with a reference number of 1026459. I knew they were incompetent the second I heard this. I asked Rhea if she could give me a smaller time frame to be home, and she said no, I had to be home between 8 AM - 5 PM - 9 HOURS ! This is sheer lazyness and incompetence on the delivery company, for they do not want to bother making a delivery schedule for the day for the customers convenience. I had to agreed to this nonsense.

On 9-18-17, at 2:45 PM, I called Rhea to ask where the truck was. I work midnight shifts, and was supposed to sleep during the day, and had to stay up all day because of these fools. She didn't answer her phone or call me back. Then, at 4 PM, I got a call from a truck driver, who said he would be at my home in less than an hour. I told him he better be here by 5, or else I am going to sleep, because I work at night and have been up all day waiting for him. Of course, they had to leave my delivery for last, a common thing these companies do.

At 5 PM, the truck still wasn't there. I was so mad I had to take a sleeping pill to put me out. I called Rhea at 5PM, and again she didn't answer her phone or return the call. This woman should be fired. I went to sleep, and at exactly 5:30 PM, I heard the door bell ring. I wasn't getting up for it. That was the end of my delivery from this online company. From Tuesday, 9-19 to Friday, 9-22-17, I called the Simple Stores every day to complain about the non delivery. They acted like they were investigating it, telling me they had contacted the trucking company, and nothing was done about the redelivery of it.

During the week, I spoke with the supervisors Chris and Brad, who both told me they have used this trucking company many times before and never had this problem. I told the supervisor Brad on Friday, 9-22-17, that if I didn't get an answer by the end of the day, I was disputing the charge on my credit card, and that would be the end of it. Their last answer to me was " The trucking company never called you back ? " They were jerking me around as well, because they didn't want to lose the sale, and possible pay for the shipping of the item back to the manufacturer.

They were just as incompentent as the trucking company they use. I had sent an email to the trucking company headquarters thru their website, Beltmann Relocation Group. These lowlifes never answered me as well. I called my credit card company on 9-23-17 and disputed the charge for this horrible company. The rep was shocked that nothing was done about the redelivery of this furniture. As for the trucking company, Beltrann Relocation Group / North American Van Lines, do not do business with them either. I have never dealt with a more low class group of people in my life.
