Belzona for business partners is a highly unstable entity. The bad combo of senior owner C. Svendsen, current president Joel Svendsen and his wife Kim Svendsen are to be extremely careful not get sued really fast by current and ex employees. Since the General Manager Javier Palenque is little much than a willing puppet to the unlawful acts of the ownership he is to be held responsible with the full strenght of the law as well.

Consider that you are dedicated distributor and you are treated like an idiot in this free and great country by the owners who have no real knowledge neither interest to learn what makes a distributorship truly successful or not.

Customers are being told that they buy the greatest product in the world in reality it is a technology which is available in the market at a fraction of the cost by a multitude of providers. Worse even that customers and distributors can' t rely on a steady team. Any Mac Donalds has a higher moral and employee substance than this company in Miami.

The sadest part is being played by the employees who are being promised a career but soon find out that they are surrounded by kiss a*s clowns like Mrs. Briggle, Javier Palenque and Mr. Lucas or those who deeply regretted ever having set foot in this enterprise. The folks mentioned prior have no problem solving neither people skills and should be held accountable as well for the harassment practises committed by the owners.

It is widely known that the company spies on its employees and Mrs. C.Svendsen reads all e-mails. She should have retired 15 years ago, sold the company. Instead she allowed her srewball son to imposter as a company president only to enable him to maintain a platform for his highly mentally unstable spouse Kim Svendsen. I truly feel sorry for the children this couple is raising and I continously pray for them.

In writing and among many witnesses this company and especially due to Kim Svendsen has created a trail of undeniable evidence for a class action lawsuit which can cost Belzona Inc. a lot of money in compensatory damages.
Even in a state like Florida this great country still protects the average American from unresponsible owners like the Svendsens and failures like Javier Palenque.

It is time to organize such an effort and shut down the practises of abuse once and forever.
