This company partners with sales people around the country to solicit fundraisers for his cartridge company. Last fall, I entered into an agreement with them and took a position as a sales manager. I brought some sale people on board and we all went out looking for business. The first fundraiser was a high school girls soccer team in Ohio. The girls were promised to receive a % of the sales with the highest % to be earned in the first 2 weeks of kickoff. The money was to be paid 2 weeks after the close of the initial start with ongoing earnings year round. In addition, they were promised incentive visa cards for the top seller of the teams and there was a kick start contest for an IPod touch.

To date, while he did keep promising to send the money, he is no longer taking our calls or responding to our emails . In December, I personally spent $275.00 to send the IPod to the wining girl so she could give it to her Father as a Christmas gift. Since it is obvious that as the sales rep, I was the only person with integrity, I felt obligated to spend my money even though, as a rep, I had not received my commission. Ben Bohannon is aware that I personally purchased the IPod and had it shipped to her and he is no longer responding to my email either.

Besides this fundraiser, my reps were promised commission for direct sales of the ink cartridges and as in the other  case, they have not been paid either.  We kicked off one other small fundraiser in addition in Pa and as in the other cases, no money. Worse yet, the third one was set to kick  off in December and a woman on the board purchased cartridges to benefit her organization. Ben charged her visa in November of 2009 and to date, January 22, 2010, she has not received her ink. I have repeatedly requested her products and as usual no response.

As the regional sales manager, I was privy to conference calls with other managers around the country who had fundraisers in schools and as always, no one got paid.

This man needs to be stopped from ripping off children.

Bitter Ex-Rep Making False Statements

AUTHOR: Click2ink - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 19, 2010

Sue,

Your Ipod was given to another Rep to be delivered to you as promised.  The other Rep (Tom, I believe) probably still has this Ipod and has not been reachable.  I have Fedex tracking numbers to show this Ipod was sent AND recevied by Tom.  Contact Tom for the Ipod.  I am sure Pam has his contact information.

Furthermore, you should be more factual and let people know that the "Winner" was you Neice.  I believe this post was meant to slander Click2ink as your "friend" started a competing company and this company, print2earn.com and their reps are slandering click2ink. I have email proof of this.

I have received calls from participating non-profits indicating they have not received reports that were sent to reps for delivery to these groups.  Furthermore, Print2earn reps are slandering click2ink in an attempt to sign up groups that are under exclusive contracts with click2ink.

Any group that has not been paid has been contacted to let them know, per their contract, that their earnings have been offset by expenses due to poor performance. If it costs us more than what they bring in, we are allowed to offset these expenses by withholding earnings.

Sue, the Prize was thought up by you and your neice won!  conflict??  Still, in good faith I attempted to deliver the Ipod but the rep who has will not forward it as instructed by me and her manager.  Again, he probably has it but I cannot verify this as he ignores all emails and phone calls.

As a sales manager you should be more professional in revealing confidential details about our company.  As always, If a rep has a problem they can contact me directly and we can sort it out without the entire world being involved.

In regards to the company that ordered and did not receive product please forward the information so we can get any product due delivered. I have not heard of any customer not receiving product they ordered.

I wish Print2earn luck and hope that everyone moves on and plays fair.
