Ben franklin and one hour ac Contract for hot water heater up to 500.00. Heater leaked on 8/19. One hour contracts with ben franklin. They wanted over 1500.00 to install a gas water heaters. Who is kidding who on costs. I am a handicapped senior and I was obviously scammed. I priced a 40 gallon. Tank which is 4 to 500.00 but anothet 1000.00 to install? Melbourne Florida

 Contract with one hour air/ direct energy for a/c and water heater. On 8/19 heater leaking. Have contract that pays 500.00. Called one hour air- claim number 2250591. They use Ben Franklin who proceeded to tell me 1500.00 plus. NO WAY. Tanks are 4-500.00 and they are saying installation is a 1000.00? I am a handicapped senior. I have every intention of getting back all payments going back to last a/c check and canceling contract. If need be I will contact an attorney and block these contracts in this I saw over 9,000 complaints and a lot connected to Ben franklin and one hour air. Everytime a tech came in for a/c they tried to sell me a bill of goods. Their stories never matched. They only tried to sell,sell. Im not sure if they are really certified a/c techs.
