Ben Nading of http://www.putyourtrustinourbrush.com a painting and decorating contractor from Ankeny Iowa 50023 instructed us to add his company logo to our marketing video (May 5th 2015), which we did. We sent Ben Nading of http://www.putyourtrustinourbrush.com the painting contractor video previews, 1 with an intro and 1 without an intro but with his contact details at the end - the offer was for $95 for both videos on the 6th May asking for any changes or feedback – we heard nothing!
We left 2 voicemail messages on his cell phone Friday May 8 sent 2 emails (1 in the morning to his personal email and 1 in the evening through his website form), still no response!
This was repeated Monday, Tuesday Wednesday calling both his cell and office number and finally on Thursday 14th May we sent a Paypal invoice for the $95 – still heard nothing!
Finally, the CEO left 2 voicemails for Ben Nading of http://www.putyourtrustinourbrush.com a painting and decorating contractor Ankeny Iowa 50023 stating if the payment was not made we would have to report the matter to the BBB, still no response! Finally we emailed him informing him we would be reporting the matter to the BBB and he replied with his attorney number! How unprofessional! If he had an issue he had many opportunities to air them BEFORE this point, only responding when we told him that we would be reporting him online!!

BEFORE Ben Nading of Midwest Painting placed the order, he was given an url of the exact video and how it would look $95, we told him we would add his logo at the end and in the video which we did.
When we delivered the video we offered 2 videos for the same price! 1 with a custom intro and 1 without the intro but still containing his company details, (logo, email and telephone number).
We NEVER had ANY communication from this dead beat Ben Nading of Midwest Painting until we filled this report here and on BBB!
He obviously thought that this would go away, by ignoring the emails and voicemails. The point is he knew what he was purchasing BEFORE he instructed us to proceed, as a link was emailed to him. Looking on BBB this is something this dead beat does, takes up advertising/marketing material and does not pay for it.
Looking at his website, my 2 year old could make something more professional! He has a whiteboard animation that to be perfectly honest, if I was a client and saw that, I would look at another painter.
Ben Nading thinks he can hide behind his lawyer, by telling us to take it up with them. He thinks his abusive emails offend, but I am ex BRITISH Special Forces, so no p***y like Nading is going to bother me...Ben even implied physical violence - LOL!
The issue Ben Nading of Midwest Painting has, is the video is on page 1 of Google and we have now offered it to his competitors who are already paying for adwords, with 2 offering tripple the amount. We will use our SEO skills to highlight the issues with doing business with Ben nading.
Ben Nading of Midwest Pain putyourtrustinourbrush.com is nothing but a dead beat and scammer - avoid.

First off you where told to do a video with my company and you did that and when you emailed me the same video with my logo stamped in it I laughed not what I was looking for. I can get the same thing for 5 bucks as seen on my web site I thought you would make a hole new video not just add my logo to the same one you sent me to get me interested in your product. After seeing your PROOF I did not like it and there for did not want to do Business with your company. After all your harassing phone calls and emails I emailed back simply tell them if you think you did 95 dollars in work on a PROOF then call my attorney as I do not have time to play games I'm very busy and there is a reason for that. Take this report the way you want to but for a company that has never had a thing painted by me or to say the things they have not only the company but you rip off .com should be I shamed of letting people like this write up crap reports Back to painting have a nice day

Midwest Paint is owned by Ben Nading, looking at the BBB it appears he does this often! He emailed telling us today, the qualtiy was too low, pity he did not respond to the 10+ emails and voice mails before to let us know - even the calls are free on our toll free number! Looking at his website he has a whiteboard animation my child of 2 years could do better! So much for the not to his standard!
Ben Nading of Midwest Paint Ankeny Iowa 50023 is a dead beat! AVOID him and his company.
