Ben Narder - BEN NARTER Poses as Attorney &Threatened to have investment company come to my house CHICAGO, Illinois

This jacka** called me originally and said he was from the law office of Smith & Wollinsky. (THIS IS A STEAK HOUSE IN CHICAGO!!!) Next he tried to get me to send him $2000.00 to do a loan mod. He calls about 25 times a day and when you get on the phone with him he rambles non stop about nonsense and says nothing. He has now left a message stating that he will "contact the other company". When I asked him about that, he stammered around and said that THEY contacted him. He says there name is ALPHA INVESTMENTS in MONTANA. That they buy houses from people who "don't give a s**t." (thats professinal huh?) I am contacting them today and asking what is up since he left a message again Sat and said he was calling them to come "take my house away." He also called back 2 hours after his first message on saturday and tried to disguise his voice acting like he was from the investment company saying they would be out this Mon or Tues.

   I also spoke to an attorney in Chicago who said to file a complaint with the states attorney as this is a scam. I'm doing that today too.

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS MAN (and I use that term loosely) he is a dirt bag!!!!

He just needs to get a real job and stop bothering people that are obviously in a bad situation and are trying to straighten their lives out.
