It didn't taken long to realzie that the people who were responding to me really did not exist. I would get the odd reply or chat request but nothing ever panned out.

The somehow moved me from Basic to an Upgrade without being being aware of it. When I complained, the made a deal with me for more service at a reduced rate - Lucky Me (not).

After accussing them of the scam,they replied but never addressed the scam issue. They would not give me myh basic fee of $4.77 back but I did manage to get to my upgrade fee of $9.90 back - at least, I mean, I now have e-mail saying that my credit is being processed.

These people need to be locked away for a minimum of 8 years... no parole. I don't believe in Hell but for them, I hope it does exist.
