Benchmark Jewelers what a joke arlington, Texas

My fiance bought my bridal set in July of last year. I received it in August of this year. It was only worn one time and then put back in the box. I went to put it on one night and it had turned gold. It is a white gold ring. When I really got to looking at it the center diamond was crooked also. I took it to the store nearest me in Hurst,Tx. Nothing but issues. They sent it off had it redipped and called me. We went and picked it up and it was hideous. The center stone was still crooked and the ring was still gold. I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks by the 1-800 number. That is a joke. They send your information to the nearest store and have them call you. The "manager" called me and was mean as ever. He told me they got what they wanted and I was stuck with the ring. I have smoke to 3 different stores and hear the same thing. $2k down the drain for a ring that is horribly made. The stores do not care about the customers they just want their money. I feel so let down because we spent so much and have tried to get it fixed and all the stores belittle me and tell me I am wrong and they do not care. I just cannot believe this. I will NEVER ever go back to this store. They will not let you speak to anyone in the corporate office or anyone above them for that matter. I just wanted my money back and to wash my hands of this company. Someone please help if you have this same issue with this company. I am supposed to get married in December and they refuse to help me. I do not want to upgrade or exchange it. This is the worse experience I have ever had with customer service/store. I am just appalled at how they treat their customers.
