Benchmark Merchant Solutions Hidden charges Amherst NY

Benchmark Merchant Solutions has a way to charge you no matter what. 

They have hidden charges that pop up for months and impossible to cancel a contract. 

I have contacted them for months only to get the run around. 

The manager is never available or is on the phone. 

This last month the charges were almost $100 in total. 

This is on top of any processing or other fee's. These fee's are directly going to them. 

And some they can not even explain. 

Statement fee, Mechant locaiton fee, Billing fee, Supplies. 

I have told them time and time again. I do not want any supplies but yet each month they are charging $49.99 in supplies. 

Do not do business with this company you will regret it. 

Other merchants out there like square do not charge you anything just to have an account and you can close it anytime with a push of a button. 

These people hide in fine print and will charge you $499 to cancel your contract. Only when asked for a copy of the contract they can not produce it after 3 months of phone calls and emails we are giving up and biting the bullet.
