I called the 800-number to order ONE benderball. What I thought would be a quick $9.99 call ended up being a call that lasted 47 minutes of pure upselling on their own products plus every other product under the sun. The ONLY reason I stayed on the whole time was for fear I might be charged for a lot more on credit card. I was completely frustrated and decided right then that I would be immediately returning their product no matter how much I wanted it just due to how they conducted business. Well, a few days later, I have a charge for $41.80 on my credit card. I call benderball back and was on hold for about an hour (as they say, "due to the overwhelming response on our product, there are sufficient hold times. Please call again later or wait for the next representative.") yeah, right! Ok, so after an hour, a live person comes on and informs me I've bought 2 Benderballs and 2 DVD's. I am IRATE to say the least. I proceed to tell her how aggravated I am w/ their automated system when I first purchased, etc etc. She kinda laughs and just tells me to return them and gives me an RMA#. That would sound normal HOWEVER on their site, it says, "Customers wishing to return the product can just send it back at their own expense without calling customer service." Just real shady, if you ask me! What company doesn't want an RMA#??! Well, I hope someone reads this and it prevents someone from the hassle. What horrible business practices! I'm sure many just accept the fate they are dealt with BenderBall as they make it impossible to get anyone live on a phone and I am sure many just give up! Please AVOID the benderball. What was I thinking anyways? It's just a stupid kid's ball I could get at Wal-Mart for $1.99 anyways!

I have been through the same process with everybody else, especially you EMILY. This process of phone ordering is completely rediculous. 40 minutes + just to order a d**n Bender Ball, and did not even finish goin through ordering and hung up at the end. I initially wanted to order only 1 that is only 1 bender ball or SCUM or SCAMMY BALL. Next thing I know, two weeks later, I recieved 2 set of identical benderFockingBall. I do believe that they sent this out to everybody when you order only 1 and they send you two so that you can try, and I mean TRY to send it back to them for your money back! YEAH right.
To send this back, how much is it going to cost to send this BALL back? for crying out loud. So I disregard about sending it back to them. But what do you know, a month later they continued to send me another items, something EVOLUTION (wacky jump rope or spring) that I can get it anywhere, $25 for this pieace of s**t. So I finially called customer service again, sitting through another 30-40 mins +. Seriously where are their customer service located at??? INDIA! Sigh. "Sir I completely understand, but you are on this continuous plan to recieved our product" I was IRATE when I heard him said that, not like I wasn't IRATE already. To make a long story short, I told him to cancel everything, including taking my name off their product list and he gave me this RMA# again. Knowing what I know now, before placing an order for anything I would of search what people are talking about before I bought this product and end up being a VICTIM. Next step for me is to call my credit company or even cancel the card and get a new one!. THank you everyone for posting your insight and opinion. Hopefully this will help others consumer out there not to become one of us!. BENDERBALL anyone!
