Beneficial Mortgage Co. Of Connecticut HSBCCL Predatory lending Wallingford, Connecticut

I am a victim of Predatory lending, my wife and I took out a loan with beneficial only to find out that we were lied to and a victim of Predatory lending. We were told that after we make 2 payments we were what is called vested and that we could come back and get a new mortgage at a lower interest rate  so after 2 payments I called the manager of the branch that we got the mortgage at and said lets re due the mortgage he said we did not qualified we were 1 point short from qualifying.

I stoped making payments and told them to take me to court I wanted a judge to tell me they acted in good faith as a loan compny and that I had to pay. When I got befor the judge 8 months later I told the judge that I was not there cause I can not pay the mortgage I told him I wont pay the mortgage, that I paid them $12,000. in points and fees to see you today. The judge found something wrong with the papper work from HSBCCL and did not grant judgement. and sent me to legal aide. This all started in October of 2007 to make a long story short on January of 2010 the judge said that HSBCL could not use our home as caladoral I still owe the note but they can not take my home. I won the battel but not the war I am working on that now.

Now HSBCCL is filling a appeal and I and I am taking depositions of my own  from loan manager and the closer for the judge to make a final ruling hopeful in our favor.
